  • 4 white fish fillets (steamed and cut into pieces)
  • 2 eggs
  • A large pinch of salt
  • A pinch of red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Oil for deep-frying

Step 1

Beat the eggs, salt, chili powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves together to make a batter.

Step 2

Add corn flour and mix well to form a smooth batter.

Step 3

Heat oil in a wok (karahi) or deep-frying pan.

Step 4

Dip each fish piece into the batter and fry in batches till golden and crisp all over. Fish Pakora is ready to serve.

Hello I make fish pakora it is good but one thing I asked k Jeb hum fry kr letay hain to is k uper wali skin salt ho jati hai khai nai jati usey soft hona chahiay us k liay ager ap kuch Bata Salo to pls tell me
