- 2 whole pita breads
- 1 small tomato, seeded & chopped
- 1/2 cup torn fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- Dash pepper

Step 1
Place pita breads on a baking sheet; brush with 1 tablespoon oil. Broil 4-inch. from the heat for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine vinegar, olives, garlic, basil, oregano, pepper and remaining olive oil. Spread this mixture over the pitas. Top with tomato, spinach, feta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Broil for 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and heated thorough. Cut into wedges. Greek Pita Pizzas are ready to serve. Enjoy!!
