- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Step 1
Place biscuit mix, cheese and garlic in a large bowl. Stir in milk just until moistened.
Step 2
Lightly grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Drop by a tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine butter and garlic powder. Brush butter mixture over the biscuits. Mini Cheese Biscuits are ready to serve. ENJOY!!
