For Paratha Dough:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- water as required
- 2 tbsp butter or Oil
For Paratha Filling:
- 1 cup mint leaves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- oil for frying

Directions:

Step 1
Place flour in a medium bowl. Add salt, oil and water.
Step 2
Knead to a make a soft dough. Cover with a wet cloth and leave it for 40 minutes.
Step 3
Make small balls out of the dough.
Step 4
Dust the surface with flour. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
Step 5
Sprinkle mint and salt over it.
Step 6
Pleat up the circle and twist the dough into a rope. Coil the rope to make a ball.
Step 7
Again roll with a pin roll and make a thin flat bread. Repeat this method all remaining dough.
Step 8
Place a paratha on the hot griddle. Spread butter or oil around the sides of paratha.
Step 9
Fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until turn golden. Mint paratha is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
