Ingredients
- 2 cups Plain yogurt
- 1-1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup mango, cubed
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 2 apples, cored and diced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For Garnishing:
- few coriander leaves
Method:
- Place all fruits in a large bowl.
- Set aside.
- Place yogurt in a small bowl.
- Whisk with a hand beater.
- Stir in sugar until well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour yogurt mixture over the fruits.
- Stir to coat evenly.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
