Ingredients:
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup shredded carrot
- 3 medium radishes, shredded
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
Method:
- Place coleslaw mix, pineapple, carrot, radishes and celery seed in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Stir in mayonnaise.
- Toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chill.
- Pineapple Coleslaw is ready to serve.
- Enjoy!!
