- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 1-1/2 cups diced pineapple
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp mint flakes, dried
- 1/4 tsp pink peppercorns, crushed
- a pinch of salt
Method:
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, sugar, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in the pineapple.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chill.
- Sprinkle with mint flakes and peppercorns.
