- 2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- oil for frying

Step 1
In a large bowl, sieve plain and wheat flour. Add salt and oil. Knead a soft dough with water.
Step 2
Leave it for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Make small balls out of the dough.
Step 4
Roll into puris.
Step 5
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
Step 6
Fry puris 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden.
Step 7
Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper. Puri is ready to serve
