- 1 Egg white

For Sauce:

- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame seed oil

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the beef, salt, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well with hand.
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Deep fry beef for 5-8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix ingredients into a smooth, thin sauce. Heat a saucepan over medium heat.
Pour sauce over the beef. Cook for 10 minutes or until meat is tender.
Step 4
Transfer into a platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Sesame Beef is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
