- 250 gm tamarind
- 250 gm jaggery
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili
- 1 tsp aniseed
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- salt to taste

Soak tamarind in hot water.
Step 2
Strain out its pulp.
Step 3
Now put all ingredients in the blender.

Blend for 2 minutes or until well blended.

Take it out in a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves. Sweet Chutney is ready to serve.
