    Sweet and sour Chicken is one of the most popular Chinese dishes and My family is a big fan of sweet and sour chicken so I thought I would try this recipe with noodles. It was a huge hit in our house and even they ate tons of it! Definitely a keeper for a easy go to dinner meal.

    This Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe is super easy to make. All you will need is one wok or a skillet, and all of the ingredients listed below. It takes about 30 minutes to make this mouthwatering dish. Delicious dinner made in no time!

    Tender, juicy pieces of chicken in a tangy sweet and sour sauce with pineapple chunks, onion and peppers, served on a Bed of Noodles.

    Take a small bowl, combine together the honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

    Keep aside 1/2 of the marinade for basting.

    Place chicken drumsticks in a resealable plastic bag.

    Pour remaining marinade over the chicken drumsticks.

    Step 5

    Shake well to coat evenly.

    Step 6

    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Step 7

    Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

    Step 8

    Lightly grease the grill grate with oil.

    Step 9

    Arrange drumsticks on the preheated grill.

    Cook on each side for 10 minutes or until all juices run clear, basting and turning occasionally.

    • 1 tbsp hot spices powder

    2. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.

    5. Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hot spices powder, salt.
    6. Cover and marinate chicken for 40 minutes.
    7. Cut spring onions into pieces, each 2 inches long.
    8. Thread marinated chicken, pineapple and spring onion onto a shashlik stick.
    9. Repeat the process until stick is filled.
    10. Repeat this method with all remaining ingredients.
    11. Heat oil in a pan.
    12. Place chicken skewers in it and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until well done.

    14. Pour plum sauce on prepared sticks.
