Here is the Step by Step Rainbow Bread Rolls Recipe !!
For Rainbow Bread Rolls
6 bread slices
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tsp butter
3 tsp green chutney
1/2 cup bread crumbs
oil for deep frying
For Chicken Filling
1 cup boiled shredded chicken
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
To Make Chicken Filling: In a large bowl, combine together the chicken, mayonnaise, soy sauce, chili garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 1 ~ Rainbow Bread Rolls

Remove crust from the bread slices.

Slightly roll bread slices with a rolling pin.

Spread half teaspoon butter on the each bread slices. Place 1 tbsp chicken mixture at the one corner of bread slices.

Put 1/2 teaspoon green chutney over it.

Apply tomato ketchup on the second corner as shown in the picture.

Roll Like Swiss rolls. Carefully seal edges with wet hands. Dip bread rolls in egg.

Then coat with breadcrumbs.

Repeat this method with remaining ingredients.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry bread rolls on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden.

To Make Chicken Filling:Marinate chicken boneless pieces in yogurt, salt, turmeric and chili powder and garam masala powder. Mix it and set it aside for 15 minutes. Add green coriander leaves in it.

250gm chicken
1packet ramen noodles
1/2cabbage finely julienne cut
5 to 6carrotsgrated

Boil the chicken pieces and shred them.
Then heat some oil and put the cabbage in it and fry it till it become soft but don’t over cook it.
Then do the same thing with carrots.
Do not fry the chicken, ramen noodles and spring onion. In the end mix all the ingredients together.

1 package egg roll wrappers (about 14 ounce)
2 pound chicken mince
2 boiled potatoes, finely chopped
2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
1 cup carrot, finely chopped
1 cup spring onions, finely chopped

1 tsp black pepper

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan or deep skillet.

Method
Cut chicken into thin strips.
Place chicken strips, yogurt in a large bowl.
Season with chicken tikka spice.
Mix well.
Cover and leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 10 minutes or until all juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.
Turn the heat off and take it out in a bowl.
Add boiled potatoes and cheese.
Mix well.
Let it to cool completely.
Place the 2 tablespoon chicken mixture in one corner of the roll sheets.
Fold the sheet.
Spread egg on the edges and roll up tightly.
Repeat this procedure with remaining ingredients.
