1 cup yogurt
1 glass milk
1 tsp coffee powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp cream
1 tbsp grated chocolate
1 cup ice, crushed
Directions:
Place yogurt, milk, coffee, cocoa powder, sugar, cream, and ice in a blender.
Process until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass.

1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice

Ingredients
250 gm dates
250 gm khoya
50 gm pistachios
50 gm butter
1 cup desiccated coconut
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp castor sugar
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp coloured vermicelli
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
a pinch of red color
a pinch of green color
6 shashlik sticks
Directions:
Place dates in the butter.
Fry for 5-6 minutes or until oil comes out on top.
Now add flour and cook for 5 minutes or until well cooked.
Take this mixture out in a large bowl.
Add khoya, almond, pistachio, cream, castor sugar and ground cardamom.
Mix well.
Make small balls out of the mixture.
Divide desiccated coconut into 3 portions.
Mix a pinch of red food color in one portion.
Mix a pinch of green color in other portion.
Keep the third portion white.
Coat date balls in all the 3 colored desiccated coconut.
Thread onto shashlik sticks.
Sprinkle colored vermicelli on it.
Coconut Date Balls are ready to serve.
Enjoy!

1 glass milk
1 caramel chocolate
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tsp coffee
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 cup ice cubes
2 drops vanilla essence
chocolate chunks as required
Directions:
Place all ingredients except chocolate syrup in a blender.
Process until well blended.
Pour into glasses and add chocolate chunks.

A quick and easy cheese cutlets recipe, where you can serve this up on your tea trolley, or great as a lunch or snack option. These cheese cutlets are a must try recipe, served with ketchup or sauce of your choice.
Place flour, egg, yeast, sugar, oil and salt in a bowl.
Knead a soft dough by using warm water.
Keep aside.
To make Filling
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Then place in a medium bowl.
Add red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and chaat masala.
Mix well.
Then cook in a pot for 15-20 minutes or all juice runs clear.
Remove from the heat.
To Proceed
Now make small balls out of the dough.
Roll them with pin roll.
Spread pizza sauce each of them.
Put chicken, mushrooms, olives, capsicum, onions, and oregano,
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese over it.
Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
Bake prepared pizzas for 15 minutes or until well done.
Quick Baby Pizzas are ready to serve.

To Make Chicken Filling:Marinate chicken boneless pieces in yogurt, salt, turmeric and chili powder and garam masala powder. Mix it and set it aside for 15 minutes. Add green coriander leaves in it.

To Make Parathas: Take both flours and add ghee and salt in it. Knead it in a dough and put it aside for 1 hour. Make round parathas with the help of rolling pin and grease the pan and cook the parathas.

To Make Paratha Rolls:Now take paratha and put boneless chicken in it. Pour green chutney and mayonnaise on it and roll it tightly.
