    Crunchy Vegetable Nuggets

    Ingredients

    • 2 boiled potatoes
    • 1/2 cup grated carrots
    • 1/4 cup sweet corn
    • 1/4 cup boiled green peas
    • 1/4 cup green beans trimmed and boiled
    • 1/4 cup cheese grated
    • 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs basil, parsley
    • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • Salt To Taste
    • 1 egg lightly beaten
    • 2 tablespoon plain flour
    • 2 tablespoon cornflour
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions

    Directions

    • In a large bowl, combine together the boiled potatoes, grated carrots, beans, green peas and sweet corns.
    • Season with herbs, salt and pepper.
    • Add corainder leaves and cheese. Mix until well combined.
    • Now add add plain flour,cornflour in it.
    • Shape into nuggets.
    • Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.
    • Dip vegetable nuggets in egg then coat with bread crumbs.
    • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
    • Deep fry nuggets for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
    • Remove from the oil and absorbent on kitchen paper.Crunchy Vegetable Nuggets are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Notes

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with tomato ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.

    Note: For a healthier version of these nuggets, you can bake them. After you bread them, lay them out on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. They will probably need to bake at 350-400 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes to get nice and crispy.

    Chicken Chilli Nuggets Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 kg boneless chicken
    • 2 bread slices
    • 2 eggs lightly beaten
    • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
    • 2 teaspoon chicken powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1 teaspoon green chili paste optional
    • salt according to taste
    • 2 cups bread crumbs for coating
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions

    Method

    • Soak bread slices in water or milk for few minutes. Then squeezed properly and keep aside.
    • Place chicken in a chopper or a food processor.Add bread slices, garlic powder, chicken powder, hot sauce, black pepper, red pepper, salt and parsley.
    • Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes or until mince is firm.
    • Shape mixture into nuggets, dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
    • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
    • Fry Chicken Chilli nuggets for 4-5 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
    • Remove from the oven and drain on paper towel. Delicious Chicken Chilli Nuggets are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Notes

    Recipe Note’s:
    To Freeze Chicken chilli Nuggets: After coating in bread crumbs, arrange them individually on a tray and place in the refrigerator. Once freeze keep them in freezer bag or in air tight container. When needed fry from frozen. You can freeze these Chicken Nuggets for 1 month.
    To Make Different Shapes of Nuggets: You can also shape mixture into fun shapes nuggets such as squares or squiggles etc.
    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Chilli Sauce or any dipping sauce.

    Cinnamon Chicken Nuggets Recipe

     A simple, easy to make snack that the kids will love to help you make.These chicken nuggets are coated in a cinnamon flour mixture ; then dip in honey,milk and eggs mixture; again roll in flour mixture then fried in oil. Nice with Chili Garlic Sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 2/3 cup white sugar
    • 1/3 cup ground cinnamon
    • oil for frying

    Yield: 8 servings

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk , and honey. Set aside.In another shallow dish, combine together flour, sugar, and cinnamon.

    First coat chicken nuggets in the flour mixture then dip in egg mixture. Then again roll into flour mixture.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm chicken mince
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup corn flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 4 green chilies, finely chopped
    • 4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
    • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
    • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    For Dip

    • 2 cups mayonnaise
    • 1 cup chili garlic sauce
    • 2 tbsp mustard powder
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • salt to taste

    Yield:8  servings

     

    Directions:

    Step 1

    To Make Chicken Nuggets:

    Place chicken mince, green chilies and coriander leaves in a large bowl.Season with red chili flakes, black pepper, all spices powder and cumin seed. Mix until well combined. Shape into nuggets form. Coat with Cornflour.Dip in beaten egg then roll in bread crumbs; turn to coat evenly. Heat oil in a deep wok over medium heat. Deep fry nuggets for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.

    Step 2

    To Make Dip:

    In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise,mustard powder and honey. Stir in chili garlic sauce. Season with chili flakes, black pepper and salt. Mix well.

    Step 3

    Transfer chicken nuggets into a serving dish. Chicken Nuggets with Dip is ready to serve. ENJOY!
