- 500 gm minced beef
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 3 tomatoes, remove skin and chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 6 tablespoon cooking oil
- 6 whole black pepper
- 6 cloves
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 3/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- salt according to taste

Step 1
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Saute onion in oil until light brown.
Step 3
Add all the spices and chopped tomatoes. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until water is almost dried.
Step 4
Add mince meat. Cook for 40 minutes or until all water dries up.
Step 5
Add 2 glasses of water. cover and cook 30 minutes longer or until meat is tenderized and the water dries.
Step 6
Add potatoes and cook until they are done. Take it out in a serving dish.
Step 7
Sprinkle garam masala powder over it.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh green Coriander leaves, green chilies and Ginger slices. Drizzle with lemon juice. Tomato Keema is ready to serve. ENJOY!
