- 1 cup sweet corn kernels, boiled
- 1/2 cup sev
- 2 boiled potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- salt to taste

Take a large bowl, add all the vegetables. Season with chaat masala powder and salt. Mix well. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Top with sev, coriander leaves. Veg Chaat is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
