- 1 whole chicken, make deep cuts
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup garlic water
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 3 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1-1/2 teapoon chaat masala powder
- Salt according to taste
- 2 drops orange colour, optional

Step 1
Wash chicken properly and give deep cuts.
Step 3
Apply vinegar over the whole chicken and put in strainer.
Step 4
Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 5
Take a large bowl, mix together the yogurt and all remaining spices.
Step 6
Apply marination on the chicken and leave for 30 minutes in fridge.
Step 7
Now wrap chicken in a foil and steam for 1-1/2 hour.
Step 8
If some water remaining in foil then put along with chicken in a pan and cook on high heat until water dries. Steam Chicken Chargha is ready to serve.ENJOY!
