Place beef strips in a large bowl. Add all ingredients except oil, peanuts and green chilies. Mix well.
Marinate the beef for 8 hours or overnight.
After 8 hours, heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add marinated beef and Fry for 20-25 minutes or crispy and golden brown.
Add green chilies and cook for 1 minute.
Reduce heat to medium low and fry for 20 minutes or until beef becomes tender.
Sprinkle peanuts over the top.Spring Fried Beef is ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with steam Rice.

Garlicky and spicy, Chili Fried Fish has to be one of my all time favourites. Ready in less than 40 minutes, this hot, garlic stir fried fish is perfect for a week-night meal.
The aromas released while cooking this dish will have everyone licking their lips in anticipation. Must try this Chili Garlic Fish recipe, you’ll love it.
Add eggs, soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, cayene pepper and salt to taste. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Leave it for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Step 5
Now heat oil in a deep pan oevr medium heat. Fry fish pieces, a few at a time, for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Step 6
Remove from the oil and absorbant on kitchen paper.

Keep warm and repeat this procedure with remaining fish.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok or pan. Saute garlic for 30 seconds.

Stir in the tomato ketchup, red chili paste, soy sauce and red chili sauce.

Balti Beef is a stir-fried tomato based curry that originated in Kashmir and traditionally served with naan bread.Must try this Balti Beef recipe, you’ll like it.
Heat ghee or oil in a pot oevr medium heat. Saute onion for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Stir in the tomatoes.

Season with the paprika, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, cardamom powder, bay leaf, and salt.

Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Step 7
Let the sauce cool slightly, discard the bay leaf.
Step 8
Pour the mixture into a blender and process until smooth.
Step 9
Keep aside.
Step 10 To Make Balti Beef:
Wipe out the pot and return it to medium heat.

Melt ghee and add onion, garlic and stir fry for 5 minutes or until lighlt browned.

Add the red bell pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Step 13
Stir in the beef roast and continue cooking for 2 minutes, until it starts to turn brown.
Step 14
Add the balti sauce and bring to a boil.
Step 15
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.
Step 16
Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
Step 17
Dish it out. Garnish with coriander leaves. Delicious Balti Beef is ready to serve.

Step 1 To Make Pizza Dough:
In a large bowl, combine together the flour, instant yeast, Salt, sugar, oil and chicken powder.

Add luke warm water and knead a soft dough.

Bang dough well.

Keep the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a wet cloth and leave it on room temperature for 30 minutes.

Punch down the dough.

Lightly greased a pizza pan or baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.

Roll dough and put on the prepared pan.

Prick the dough with fork and set aside

To Make Pizza Sauce:
In a large saucepan, Cook all together the pizza sauce ingredients until sauce is thickened.

Spread sauce on the pizza base.

To Make Chicken Filling:
In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken strips with salt, white pepper, green chili garlic sauce, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat.

Cook chicken for 15-20 minutes or until all juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.

Give dum of a coal and stir with cream and keep aside.

To Assemble Pizza:
Put chicken filling on pizza base.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese and oregano.

Today i am sharing Fish Tikka Boti recipe for all Fish lovers. It is a very healthy diet as it contains the vitamins A and Vitamin D. Once you cook this Fish Tikka Boti and serve, your friends and family will love it.
This is an excellent and perfect Fish boti recipe and it is very simple to make.
Wash fish and pat dry.Cut fish fillets into 1 inch cubes.
Put in a large bowl. Add salt, green chili paste, garlic- ginger paste, lemon juice, yogurt, fresh cream, red chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Garam masala powder and food color. Mix well.
Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour to blemd flavours.
Soak the bamboo skewers into the water for 20 minutes, so they don’t get burnt while grilling.
Thread fish cubes on the wet bamboo skewers.
Grill them on charcoal grill for 5 minutes on each side or until they turn into golden color.
Bust with oil. Remove from the skewers and transfer into a serving platter.
Garnish with lemon wedges and salad leaves. Delicious Fish Boti Tikka is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

Place fish, 2 tablespoon flour, soy sauce in a mixing bowl.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.Deep fry fish pieces for 3-4 minutes on each or until crispy and golden brown.
Remove from th oil and drain on an absorbent paper. Set aside and keep warm.
To Make the Sauce
Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.Saute onion, pineapple, red and green pepper for 1 minute.
Stir in the pineapple juice, sugar, tomato ketchup and salt. Dissolve 4 teaspoons of flour in 2 tablespoon water and make a thick paste.
Pour this mixture into the skillet. keep stirring.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Arrange fried fish pieces in a large dish. Pour sweet and sour sauce over the fish. Delicious sweet and Sour Fish is ready to serve.

Marinate mutton in Curd/Yogurt, lemon juice, part of turmeric powder, part of Garam Masala Powder, mix well, leave aside for 2 hours.
Step 2
And now take chana dal and tur dal and cook it.
Step 3
Add turmeric and green chilies when it comes to a boil cover the pan and let it cook for some time till it is fully cooked.
Step 4
Take a pan, put some oil, Whole Garam Masala and add onion and sauté well.
Step 5
Next add green chili when the onions gets golden brown add ginger, garlic, coriander powder, remaining turmeric powder, red chili powder, cook for some time.
Step 6
Now add the marinated mutton to this mixture and

Grind dal in a mixer and add to the mutton.
Step 8
Give tarka of mustard seeds, cumin seeds and whole red chili, sprinkle some coriander and cook the pan and simmer it for an hour.
Step 9
Finely to this mixture add tomatoes, amchur powder, add a little salt, remaining garam masala powder, and cover it again for 10-15 minutes and cook on slow fire or till the mutton is fully cooked.
Step 10
Dish it out. Daal Gosht is ready to serve.
