    Ingredients You will Need:

    • 4 bread slices
    • 1/2 cup boiled Chicken, (shredded)
    • 2 lettuce leaves, (optional)
    • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • salt and pepper to taste

    How to make Bakery Style Chicken Mayo Sandwiches

    Step 1: Place shredded chicken in a large bowl. Now add the mayonnaise bit by bit, depending on the consistency you like. Add the lettuce leaves (if using) and season with salt and pepper. Stuffing is ready.

    Step 2: Toast bread slices and cut out their edges if you want otherwise you can use as it is.

    Ingredients

    • 4 bread slices
    • 1/2 cup boiled Chicken (shredded)
    • 2 lettuce leaves
    • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    • In a large bowl, combine together the shredded chicken and mayonnaise.
    • Now add lettuce leaves.
    • Season with salt and pepper.
    • Mix until well combined.
    • Toast bread slices and cut out their edges if you want otherwise you can use as it is.
    • Place a slice bread in a clean-surface and spread the chicken mayo filling on it.
    • After filling, take another bread slice and put it on the above of filling.
    • Repeat again and make three layers withit.
    • After that, put the forth one slice of bread on the third layer of filling and lightly press to complete the sandwich.
    • Now Secure with wooden picks and cut the sandwich diagonally and following the same process prepare rest of the Sandwiches.

    1. This is a good recipe to use the left over Rotisserie or boiled chicken.

    3. You can make the filling hours or even a day before and assemble it when needed.
    4.  If making ahead of time, cover with a damp tea towel to ensure they don’t dry out. I have sprinkled a mint leaves over the sandwiches, but this is only for garnish(you can skip it).

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup small pasta shells uncooked
    • 2 hard-boiled eggs peeled & chopped
    • 1 small carrot cubed
    • 1 large cucumber cubed
    • 1 green bell pepper cubed
    • 1/3 cup process cheese cubed
    • 1/2 cup broccoli florets boiled

    For Salad Dressing:

    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard

    Instructions

    • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
    • Toast carrots and broccoli in a pan for 1-2 minutes.
    • Remove from the heat and let it cool.
    • Place pasta, broccoli, carrot, cheese, cucumber, and egg in a large bowl. Mix well.
    • In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients.
    • Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.

    The weekend was full of foodie experiences. A few days ago, I decided to do a tea party with a my childhood friend and her child’s and made these as one of the finger foods. They were a HUGE hit with her little girls. They are just so dainty and are perfect for little tea parties (or family gathering, birthdays, .. etc..) plus, they are SUPER easy to make.

    The secret of this recipe is fresh herbs. You can make a variety of sandwiches as well, using egg salad, chicken salad, or tuna as layers– just make sure you chop or process the ingredients up enough so it spreads easily.

    Note: These can be served immediately but in my opinion they taste best when refrigerated at least 2 hours– they will easily keep if made a day ahead of time.

    • 2 cups boiled chicken shredded

    • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
    • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
    • 1 teaspoon fresh herbs chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • salt according to taste
    • 12 slices white bread crusts removed
    • butter as required

    Instructions

    Directions

    • In a mixing bowl, Combine together the mayonnaise, and cream cheese.
    • Add shredded chicken and mix well.
    • Season with herbs, salt and pepper.
    • Toast bread slices with butter.
    • Spoon the mixture over half the bread slices and cover with the remaining slices.
    • Slice each sandwich into thirds to make three fingers.

    • 1 cup cabbage shredded

    Today’s post is about a recipe that is as old as my habit of  recording/saving recipes in hardcover notebooks. It’s a foolproof recipe for a SUPER YUM salad that has always been a savior whenever I’m pulling off family dawats/get together s or random hangouts at home with friends.

    Tbh, I can’t believe I didn’t put this french salad recipe up on the blog earlier.

    Ingredients

    For Salad:

    • 1 boiled potato, chopped
    • 1/2 bunch iceberg, chopped
    • 1 carrot, chopped
    • 1 cucumber, chopped
    • 1 tomato, chopped
    • 1/2 radish, chopped

    For Salad Dressing:

    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup  mozzarella cheese, grated
    • 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
    • salt to taste

    Directions:

    1. French Salad is ready to serve. Enjoy!
    2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chill.
    3. Toss to coat evenly.
    4. Sprinkle  grated cheese over it.
    5. Pour this salad dressing on the chopped vegetables.
